I dont think they even had simulators when I flew! We had some lessons on cross winds and stuff to do with how to take off and land, then he took us up one at a time, and others said he et them fly, so I was hoping he’d let me too cos I was about the youngest, anyhow, we were flying along and he goes do you want to take the stick? I was like yeah man, let’s do it! :D :D I was only about 12 or 13!!

My instructor did the same thing :))) and my answer was same as yours – not 12 or 13, but I guess it doesn’t matter because first time is always first time :)-
Yes, I felt pretty lucky! First time in a plane too – when the thing banked, sitting on the wing it felt like if the door opened, you could side right down it and fall back to earth! o: :)
